I’m glad that ice and snow are gone hereabouts.
Spring has definitely sprung, even in the north.
Are you sure you didn’t sneak into Austin and take this picture there last month?
😎 I’m thinking that traveling from WI or NY to see ice, is akin to “coals to Newcastle,” or “Ice to Nome” but cannot work out the phrase.
Wonderful photos Robert!
Thank you, Liz!

I like the juxtaposition of the moss and icicles. The moss seems to be ‘dripping’ as surely as is the ice! I always loved the sounds and smells of the spring melt, and this brings them back, nicely.
Thanks, Linda. I was just looking at your photos of Phil. Fleabane, I see that flower around here, in vacant lots, etc. but it’ll probably be a month or so away. But in the 50’s this weekend, yea!
Lovely albeit chilly adornments on that moss. I am sure it and the rest of us are appreciating the return of Spring.
You bet, very ready! Thanks, Steve.
